Refund policy
WildCat Ridge Sanctuary does not warehouse or create the products sold at http://wildcat-ridge-shopping.myshopify.com. It is a print-on-demand store through Shopify.com in conjunction with Printful.com.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at Printful.com's expense.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If WCR or the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. WCR is liable for reshipment costs once Printful confirms an updated address with WCR.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and WCR is liable for the cost of reshipment to WCR or the customer.
Returned by Customer - Customers must contact WCR before returning any products. Orders are not returnable for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
